Stripchat has several kinds of shows, and the names are easy to mix up. This guide lays out how each one works, what it typically costs, and who else can be watching, so you can pick the right one.

Each model sets their own prices and chooses which show types they offer. Check the rate shown before you start.

Ticket show or group show?
Both let several people watch the same paid show. A ticket show has one fixed price, so you know the cost up front. A group show charges per minute for as long as you stay. Models usually announce a ticket show in their public chat a few minutes before it starts.
Private shows and spy mode
In a normal private show, other users can pay to spy. Spies cannot chat, so only you talk with the model. If you want nobody else watching, choose an exclusive private. It costs more, but spying is blocked.
What is cam2cam?
Cam2cam lets you share your own camera with the model during a private show, if the model has it turned on. It is optional: you can always chat by text without turning your camera on.
Cam2cam is usually charged per minute on top of the private show, and only works when you are in a private with the model. Your browser will ask for camera permission first, so nothing is shared until you allow it.
Where to start
- Watch public shows for free and chat to get a feel for a model.
- Buy a ticket when a model you like runs a ticket show. The price is fixed, so there are no surprises.
- When you want one-on-one time, check the per-minute rate and start with a short private.

Work out how many minutes your tokens cover before you start a private. At 20 tokens a minute, 200 tokens gives you 10 minutes; the show ends if you run out.
Cam2cam privacy
- Your browser asks for camera permission first. Nothing is shared until you allow it.
- Only the model in your private sees you. If spies worry you, choose an exclusive private with no spies.
- Turn your camera off at any time with the camera button.
- Point the camera so your face and room are not in view if you want to stay anonymous.

Your first private show, step by step
- Check the model's per-minute private rate on her profile or in the room.
- Work out how many minutes your tokens cover (200 tokens at 20 tokens a minute is 10 minutes).
- Press Private. The show starts once the model accepts.
- Say what you would like briefly, and ask before tipping for anything not on the menu.
- Press End when you are done. You pay only for the minutes used.
Common mistakes
- Starting a private without checking the rate and running out of tokens early.
- Buying a ticket show and leaving halfway; the ticket is not refunded.
- Pressing Private when you meant to spy. Read the button before you press it.
